Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

The Board would like to announce the Redland Oaks 2024-2025 Annual Meeting. Our meeting is scheduled for 7pm September 26th, 2024 at Redland Oaks Community Church located at 16875 Jones Maltsberger Road San Antonio, Texas 78247.

You will be receiving a mail-out with meeting details, a current financial report, a proposed budget for 2025, a ballot, a proxy form, and candidate bios.

Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful Fall season!

I am reaching out to update the neighborhood on our successful 2024-2025 Annual Meeting held last Thursday.

I would like to thank all those who attended and provided valuable suggestions or feedback for the Board to work with in the upcoming year. A budget for 2024-2025 was voted on and approved by the those in attendance, which included a $7.50 increase in assessments for a total of $200 for the upcoming year.

Congratulations to our newest board member Chris Hughes. We appreciate you taking the time to help and serve your community!

A big thank you to Michael Gray for his many years of service on the Board. All of your time and efforts are much appreciated by our community! We look forward to your continued input with the Landscaping Committee.

During the meeting we provided an update on the years activities and progress we have made. You may review the presentation and all other documents including financials, a 2024-2025 budget and approved 2023-2024 Annual Meeting minutes here. Our next Open Board meeting will be announced in the coming weeks as we prepare for the holiday season and end of year mail-outs.

Don’t forget our Neighbors Together event is tomorrow night, October 1st from 6-8pm in the Doagie cul-de-sac. Attached is a flyer for those interested in attending. If your around the neighborhood tomorrow around that time stop by and say hi! Don’t worry if you did not RSVP, it is still okay to show up!

And lastly the Community Garage Sale is scheduled for this Saturday October 5th beginning at 8am.
