Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

The board would like to announce the Redland Oaks 2023-2024 Annual Meeting. Our meeting is scheduled for 7pm September 28th, 2023 at Redland Oaks Community Church located at 16875 Jones Maltsberger Road San Antonio, Texas 78247.

You will be receiving a mail-out with meeting details, current and projected financials for 2023, a proposed budget for 2024, a ballot, a proxy form, and candidate bios.

Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather and ready for the Fall Season ahead!

I am reaching out to update our neighborhood on our successful 2023-2024 Annual Meeting held last Thursday. I would like to thank all the residents who were able to attend the meeting and offer congratulations to our newest board members Karina DeWolfe and Marian Fischer! Michael Gray and I were voted in to continue serving our community.

A big thank you to Quinn Britt for all his time, hard work, and continuous service to our community over the years!

At the meeting, we were able to inform the community of the business the Board has handled this year. We discussed what we have been able to accomplish since our Annual Meeting Re-Do in February, as well as what remains on our to-do list. All documents shared are available for download on our website. You may click here if you would like to view these or the presentation that was given by the Board.

We still have a lot of work ahead as we begin to make our move back to a HOA management company, but we hope to have the pieces fall together sooner than later as we finalize our records and ensure we are up to date and compliant for an easy transition. The new Board will hold our first Open Board Meeting later this month before the holiday season and we will vote on new positions for the upcoming year. An email notice will be sent out for more information about this meeting when the date and agenda have been confirmed.

Just as a reminder, this Saturday is our community wide garage sale beginning at 9am.
