Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

Happy Spring!

We are reaching today to report a successful Open Board Meeting #2 last Thursday evening. We were able to discuss items on our agenda and have made a plan to begin working on our Front Entrance Lights repair. All documents and reports including financials and approved minutes from our November Open Board Meeting #1 can be found on our website here.

Don't forget to fill out an ACC Request if you have any major projects or updates that you would like to accomplish to the exterior of your home or yard in this beautiful weather. This will help protect both your property and project by making sure you are within the neighborhoods guidelines.

As a reminder, 2026 Annual Dues are $200. Payments are due quarterly, but you may pay all at once if that works better for you. Please send payments to the address below or contact any current Board Member to arrange a check pickup.
