What if I do not want an account?

Not a problem! Click your name on the top right and go to Member Settings where you can delete your account. The purpose of this website is to help you have access to all documents, committees, community forums, and news you might need concerning our neighborhood. Only your registered neighbors have the ability to have an account so no others can view or post on our website.

How do I get in contact with ROHOA Board Members?

You can either submit a Contact Form to be sent directly or find Board Member contact information under the Board Member tab

How do I get help with my account settings?

Fill out a Contact Form with your question or issue and we will respond as soon as we can!

Where can I download forms that I need for housework or landscaping projects?

Click on the "ACC Request" tab to your right and the form is available for download. You may also submit the form on the same page when you are done filling it out. Let us know if we help or answer any questions!

How can I join or suggest a committee?

Reach out to any Committee Member or Board Member to help you get started!

Is my information safe?

The personal information we used to invite you to our website was one name per residence and the address associated. This information is listed in the Directory tab on the right. This is the same information your neighbors receive on paper with their welcome packets. You now have the ability to update your own information.

Is my information being shared?

None of your personal information is shared publicly. We made sure to choose a safe and secure web host that had the ability to lock your information and have it only shared within our community.
