Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

Happy Spring!

We will be holding our 2nd Open Board Meeting of 2024-2025 in the next few weeks. Valerie Larson-Lohr has been kind enough to open her home once again on Wednesday April 16th at 6pm. The meeting announcement with the topics to be discussed can be found attached to this email, as well as on our website.

The City Community Garage Sale is this Saturday April 5th. You may place your items in your driveway. Please be mindful not to leave any items out that might not be intended for sale, or garages or doors open as there will be an increase of visitors throughout the day.

Our latest newsletter can be found here. You can also find a link to any prior issues you might have missed. Thank you to Ms. Karen Davis for continuing to put our newsletter together for us. If you have not received a copy and would like to be added to the email list please let us know so we can include you.

As a reminder, don’t forget that 2025 Annual Dues are $200 if you have not sent in your payments. As of now, $50 is the only required for payment due at this time for Q1. Please us know if you have any questions regarding your account or future payments.
