Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,  
 

Happy New Year!
 

You should all be receiving our Annual letter within the next week in the mail. 
 

It will provide a yearly recap of the news and events around our neighborhood. The amount for the 2025 Annual Assessment is also included so that you may begin to send in payment. As voted on at our 2024 Annual Meeting the amount for the 2025 Annual Assessments is $200, a $7.50 increase from the previous year. 
 

If you need assistance with payment or have trouble mailing in your check, please let a Board Member know so we can arrange to pick it up from you. 
 

Lastly, there have been a few cars broken into at the front of our neighborhood since the new year so please make sure to remove any valuables and lock your vehicles. Police reports and contact with our SAFFE Officers were made. We will do our best to continue to communicate these events to help keep our neighborhood safe.
