Hello Redland Oaks Homeowners,

It’s almost time to dress up the kiddos and enjoy Halloween! Don’t forget to leave your porch lights on if you would like to have some visitors on the 31st. We usually see all of our favorite characters, super heroes, and more take the streets around 6-8:30 pm.

The Board held our first Open Board Meeting of the 2023-2024 year last Thursday. As always, thank you to Valerie and Craig for opening their home and providing some delicious homemade cookies for our meeting.

The Board voted for our Officer positions for the upcoming year. The Officer positions for the upcoming year are listed below:

President: Stephen J. Garza

Vice President: Michael Gray

Secretary: Valerie Larson-Lohr

Treasurer: Karina DeWolfe

Member-At-Large: Marian Fischer

We held a productive meeting that included discussions on the cancellation of our landscape contract and the process of moving to a management company. The documents shared at this meeting can be found here for your records.
