I am sending this email as a form of notice for our first Open Board Meeting of 2025-2026 scheduled for November 20th at 6pm.
The meeting will be held in the driveway of 16307 Old Stable Road. Please bring a fold-out chair and a smile! And don't forget a jacket if the weather is cool!

Happy Thanksgiving!
We are reaching out today with a recap from our first Open Board Meeting of 2025-2026. All meeting documents and financials are posted on our website at

We held a successful meeting wrapping up 2025 and putting together a plan for business in 2026. The positions and term lengths voted on by the Board at this meeting are as followed:
Stephen Garza: President, 3 year term
Michael Gray: Vice President, 2 year term
Valerie Larson-Lohr: Secretary, 3 year term
Karina DeWolfe: Treasurer, 1 year remaining
Quinn Britt: Member-At-Large, 2 year term
As we did last year, we will open donations for Christmas poinsettias for our front entrance after Thanksgiving, so please reach out if you are interested in donating.
We are looking forward to our annual Christmas Decoration contest. Judging will take place the week of the holiday, please be decorated by Monday, Dec. 22 if you'd like to participate. All 3 winners will receive a $25 gift card to HEB. You can view last year's winners

We will send out our Annual Letter with our 2026 Assessment (amount of $200) at the beginning of January along with a recap of 2025 and any updates to look forward to for the upcoming year.
